"November 2025 was a month of unfortunate events. Three family members had emergency visits or stays a the hospital. As stressful as that was, then my ball joint snapped. Called Tim Peiffers office and I was asked if I was safe and they sent a tow truck out. The driver was so nice. This was the easiest, nicest, service call I ever experienced. "Priscilla made cancelling my renter's policy require zero effort on my end. Tim called me right when he took over as my agent on a policy I was already enrolled in, and I told him we probably do have some things to discuss but I don't have the time and I would call him when I did. I think he called one more time like 3 months later and was pretty courteous about me once again giving him the "I'll call you" treatment and the fact that he hasn't bothered me since is part of why my future policies will likely go to State Farm (somewhat) regardless of pricing. Honestly Tim and Priscilla are just examples of the consistent white glove service I've experienced while with State Farm. You guys need to poach J. Jonah Jameson as your spokesman though. THAT would get me pay a higher premium."
